When you suspend a license it will be visible under ‘Suspended Licenses’ for 90 days. After 90 days it will be released and removed from view. You will not be charged for suspended licenses.
If you want to order a specific license not visible in the ‘Add license’ list, please send an e-mail to support@cloudist.se
Once you have updated you license in the portal it takes just several minutes for it to become visible and available
