How to enable M365 subscription for the first time

Introduction

This guide will outline how to enable M365 subscription for the first time.

Procedure

1. 1. Log in to portal.cloudist.se
   2. Select ‘M365 Licenses’

2. First you need to approve Cloudist AB and Arrow to become your reseller. Do that by selecting "Authorize Cloudist"
   
   
   
   
3. Select "Create New Tenant" and type in a domain you want to have ("yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com". Once that is submitted, click on "Submit". If the domain isn´t available please choose another one and select "Submit". The provisioning of the service may take a couple of minutes so please reload the page after a while to proceed. You can leave the page and comeback, the provisioning of the service is done in the background.
   
   
   
   
4. Once the service is provisioned you need to approve Microsoft Customer Agreement by clicking in the checkbox and selecting "Confirm"
   
   
   
   
   
5. Now it´s time to search and select the licenses you want to buy. Select "Order Licenses" and search for the license you want and chose the quantity, term and billing period. Please note that if you chose 1 year term you cannot decrease the number of licenses after 96h. 

Once you're done click "Order licenses", and wait up to 5 min for the licenses to be visible in the portal, select refresh after a while. Note that even though they are not visible in Cloudist portal, they could be visible in the M365 portal faster.
