How to increase or decrease number of seats

Introduction

This guide will outline how to change number of seats of a specific license you have in your Microsoft 365 subscription

Procedure

1. Log in to portal.cloudist.se
2. Select ‘M365 Licenses’
   
3. Click on the edit button.  
   
   
   
   
4. Increase or decrease the number by clicking on the arrows, once happy click on the checkmark to save. 
   
   
5. Once saved it can take up to one minute for the quantity to be confirmed. You can now log on the you Microsoft 365 portal and deploy the license.
