How to turn off the auto renewal on a license

Introduction

This guide will outline how to turn off the auto renewal which means to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription once the renewal date expires.

Procedure

1. Log in to portal.cloudist.se

2. Select ‘M365 Licenses’

4. If the auto is turned on it will be renewed on the renewal date. If you dont want to renew it click on the auto renew switch and please wait for the confirmation in the top right corner.
