Manage access

Introduction

This guide will outline how to manage the access of the S3 service after service has been enabled.

Procedure

  1. Log in to https://portal.cloudist.se

  2. Select S3 Storage

  3. Select User Management

     

  4. Create new user

    1. Set a username

    2. Set an access policy

    3. Select “Generate access key“ if an access key should be created



  5. Click Edit button to generate an access and secret

  6. Click Generate Access Key button

  7. Secret key has now been generated

Please note:

  • Make sure to store secret key safely, since Cloudist has no possibility to retrieve lost secret keys.

  • You can create new secret key if current one is lost or compromised.
