Introduction

This guide will outline how to start your Microsoft 365 subscription via Cloudist Solutions.

Procedure

1. Log in tohttps:// portal.cloudist.solutionsse
2. Select ‘Microsoft 365’‘M365 Licenses’

   1. First you need to read and accept Microsoft Customer Agreement and accept Cloudist Solutions approve Cloudist AB and Arrow to become your reseller. Once you click on Authorize Cloudist a pop up window will open.

   2. If a customer is new to M365 choose Create New Tenant and type in a domain you want to have ("yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com". Once that is submitted, click on "Submit". For more info, please read: How to enable M365 subscription for the first time

   3. If a customer has an existing M365 account/tenant, please choose Existing Tenant and add there important type in customers default domain from their M365 Tenant and select "Submit". If a customer is new to M365 choose New Tenant and type in a domain you wish to get.
      Image RemovedPlease sign in as the Global Admin and approve Cloudist (Fortlax AB) and Arrow to become your reseller.
      Image RemovedIf you don't have a Microsoft 365 account you can close the pop up windows and chose Create new tenant under Domain Type and chose a suitable domain name. Once that is done, please choose which license you would like to to subscribe on and click submit.

      Once you click Submit, Cloudist Sales team will activate your license during the business day and they will be visible in the portalyou are not sure which domain is default please log on to customers M365 Admin portal

   4. Before submitting please click on the link below (red marked) and log in with the Global Admin credentials to authorize Cloudist and Arrow.
      If you are not Global Admin for the tenant you can use the link below and send it to the Global Admin for approval.

      Once above is completed, checkmark the box and select "Submit". The provisioning of the service may take a couple of minutes so please reload the page after a while to proceed. You can leave the page and come back, the provisioning of the service is done in the background.

   6. Now it´s time to search and select the licenses you want to buy. Select "Order Licenses" and search for the license you want and chose the quantity, term and billing period.

      Please note that if you choose 1 year term you cannot decrease the number of licenses after 96h.

   Once you're done click "Order licenses", and wait up to 5 min for the licenses to be visible in the portal, select refresh after a while. Note that even though they are not visible in Cloudist portal, they could be visible in the M365 portal faster.
