Introduction

This guide will outline how to change the quantity number of seats of a specific license you have in your Microsoft 365 subscription

Procedure

1. Log in to https://portal.cloudist.solutionsse
2. Select ‘Microsoft 365’

   Step 1 is to add och remove by clicking on the + or - sign on a specific license. Step 2 click update. Please be aware of that you need to click update on every single license you would like to change the quantity on.

   Once you click Update it takes 3-10 seconds and you will get a confirmations like below‘M365 Licenses’

3. Click on the edit button.

4. Increase or decrease the number by clicking on the arrows, once happy click on the checkmark to save.

5. Once saved it can take up to one minute for the quantity to be confirmed. You can now log on the you Microsoft 365 portal and deploy the license.
