Procedure
Log in to https://portal.cloudist.solutionsse
Select Virtual Data Center service
Select the region you where your VDC exists, Virtual Datacenter where the virtual machine resides and click on Log in to VDC
Click on the VDC Virtual Datacenter name
Select the Virtual Datacenter where the virtual machine you would like to delete resides
When you try to delete the VM, you might get a response similar to this:
When you check for vApps, the VM in question does not belong to any visible vApp
Click the dots next to VM, select “Convert to vApp“
The VM now belongs to a vApp
You can now go ahead and delete the VM to empty the vApp, and once that is done you can delete the vApp.
