Service overview
Cloudist 365 Backup provides backup for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams items from the Microsoft Office 365 service.
The service is billed on licenses (number of users protected by Cloudist 365 Backup) consumed each month. There is no cost for activating the service and only license usage is billed. Customer can review license usage and additional job statistics in the Cloudist portal.
This service is using Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365. Cloudist operates the service, including storage and renting licenses to the service.
By activate the Cloudist 365 Backup, the customer will be able to configure and use the service.

Maintenance windows are scheduled the third Wednesday 06Thursday 08.00 CET until 1209.00 CET every quarterMonth. During maintenance window, the service might be unavailable for configuration or restore operations. Normal maintenance is not advertised in advanced. Bigger maintenance work outside of fore mentioned maintenance windows will be advertised not less than a week in advanced. Downtime during maintenance windows is not included when calculating service availability. Maintenance window notification will be sent to customer disruption email address no later than the last Wednesday prior to the maintenance window. Backups jobs are scheduled outside of office hours.
