4. Click enable or disable. If enable is clicked a mail will be sent to that user to log on and generate a Secret Accesskey that will only show once on the screen. Be sure to save the Secret access key in a proper secure way.

Create new user
Set a username
Set a email address
Set a policy
Click Edit button to generate an access and secret
Click Generate Secret Key button
Secret has now been generated for user.
