Cloudist offers partners to use their own domain/URL for the Cloudist portal (example: portal.companyname.com) as a add on service. Please read below about the responsibilities:

Partner

  • Sets up DNS records (e.g., http://portal.companyname.com to IP 1.2.3.4 (Cloudist allocates IP)) in their domain

  • Provides an appropriate certificate (can be wildcard *.companyname.com or specific to http://portal.companyname.com)

  • Hands over the certificate and keys/passwords to Cloudist

  • Is responsible for monitoring the certificate's validity and sending a renewed certificate when necessary

Login page

  • Cloudist logo will be removed from the login page. Partner logo will be only visible in the web browser tab. No logo can today be visible on the login page/forgot password page/MFA page

 

Please note that a majority of the email communication and documentation in the portal will still include Cloudist.
