SuperAdmin: Can make organisational changes such as add, edit and delete users. The user is a OrgAdmin in Cloud Director. Can change/remove/add licenses for Microsoft 365. Can read/write support tickets. Can read/write SPLA licenses. Is responsible for SPLA reporting.

Contributor: Read/write user. Can choose backup tags, view vms, view networks etc. Can change/remove/add licenses for Microsoft 365. Can read/write support tickets.

Reader: Can read/view information. Is Console Only in Cloud Director. Can view invoices and view current status of Microsoft 365. Can read support tickets.
